1. Acceptance

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products

We sell natural butters and oils for cosmetic use. Descriptions and images are as accurate as possible. Allergic reactions are possible — always patch test before use. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Orders & payment

All prices are in GBP and include applicable VAT. Payment is processed securely by PayPal. Orders are confirmed by email and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

4. Right of cancellation

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, except for sealed goods that have been opened for hygiene reasons (per Regulation 28(3)(d)).

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
